The Discord is the fastest way to reach us, and the only place payouts are handled.

Payouts, lossback and leaderboard questions

Open a ticket in the Discord with your username on the partner site and what the ticket is about. A ticket is private: only you and the team can read it, so it is the right place for anything that names your account.

• Missing or late leaderboard payout: name the site, the period and your username.
• Packy.gg lossback: name the month you are claiming for.
• Packy.gg wager rewards: link your Discord in your Packy profile first, then use /check in the #packy-claims channel.

Everything else

• Press, partnerships and site feedback: message @gamblebandits on X or open a ticket in the Discord.
• During a stream, the chat on Kick is read live.
• Something on this site is wrong (a name, an amount, a date)? Tell us in the Discord and we will fix it.

Questions about a partner site

Deposits, withdrawals, account verification and the sites' own bonuses are handled by the sites themselves, not by us. Use the support chat on Packy.gg, CSBattle or Chicken.gg for those. Our guides explain how each site works: see the articles on the home page.

Removing your name from a leaderboard

The boards show the username the partner site sends us for accounts that used code BANDITS. If you want your entry hidden, open a ticket in the Discord; see the privacy page for what is shown and why.
